Vehicle Sourcing

With over 30 years experience in the industry 'Searching, Sourcing and Selling' pre enjoyed Cars and Commercial Vehicles I have developed an enviable network of trusted contacts and suppliers in the industry which my customers can use to find their ideal Car or Van

The 'Search and Source' process is a carefully honed method I have utilised on numerous occasions to satisfy a specific request for a vehicle if at the time of the enquiry I dont have a vehicle in my stock to satisfy my customers requirements, they simply prefer to trust my judgement and experience so they dont make a mistake !

Initial phase:

I locate a vehicle that matches my customers criteria through one of my trusted trade contacts or outlets.
I complete the all important checks on the vehicle using data available to me including: HPI check, Service History and MOT database ( if over 3 years old ) - I will only pursue vehicles that are HPI clear, that have warranted/verified mileages and verified service history
The specific Vehicle Data, images and price are then discussed and emailed to my customer
A telephone discussion then takes place at which point I obtain confirmation from my customer that the vehicle matches their requirements and therefore I can move to the second phase of the process

Second phase:

I personally travel to where the vehicle is located to carry out a road test, a through visual inspection of the vehicle and to scrutinise the paperwork
Following these checks if the vehicle meets with my exacting standards it is paid for by me and driven back to our workshops for a pre delivery Inspection/Service (which ever is applicable)
The vehicle is then Fully Valeted and presented to my customer for their approval

If following your inspection of the vehicle and a test drive you are completely satisfied all necessary paperwork including obtaining Road Fund Licence is completed ready for Delivery, which can be typically within 3-5 working days.
